We have another weekend before us. Gotta get through today. Do you have any plans?
It would be interesting to know how many people have made plans prior to the start of the weekend and then change them once the weekend gets up and running. I’m sure a lot. I know I try to make plans and end up doing chores around the house all day and get lazy to go out at night. House chores are my money saver, but not much fun.
I try to budget my extra curricular activities with money I save elsewhere. What I don’t spend on the weekend, I apply to the next week’s cash flow. I worked hard last year and got one of my long term bills paid off. I find that having short term solutions, like cash advances, work best for long term budget plans. The less time a bill has to keep being paid, the more money you will save on fees and the more freedom you will have to use your money elsewhere.
